Let \(N\) be a paracompact complex manifold, \(S\) a Stein manifold and \(\pi:M\to N\) a locally trivial holomorphic fibre space whose fibres are biholomorphic to \(S\). Let \({\mathfrak F}^{r,p}\) be the sheaf of \(C^ \infty\)-differential \((r,p)\)-forms on \(M\) holomorphic along the fibres of \(\pi\), and let \(\Omega^ r\) be the sheaf of holomorphic \(r\)-forms on \(M\). The authors prove that for \(p>0\), \[ H^ p(M,\Omega^ r)\cong\{\varphi\in H^ 0(M,{\mathfrak F}^{r,p})\mid\overline\partial\varphi=0\}/\overline\partial H^ 0(M,{\mathfrak F}^{r,p-1}), \] and that for \(p>\dim N\), \(H^ p(M,\Omega^ r)=0\). They apply this to toroidal groups, i.e. connected complex Lie groups without non-constant global holomorphic functions. They can be considered in the form \(G=\mathbb{C}^ n/\Gamma\), where \(\Gamma\) is a discrete lattice of \(\mathbb{C}^ n\) generated by \(n+q\) \(\mathbb{R}\)-linearly independent vectors. With help of the Cartesian projection \(\mathbb{C}^ n\to\mathbb{C}^ q\) the authors consider \(G\) a \(\mathbb{C}^{*n-q}\)-principal bundle over a complex \(q\)-dimensional torus. By means of the results from the first part of the paper and the methods from their earlier papers [the first author, Publ. Res. Inst. Math. Sci. 20, 297-317 (1984; Zbl 0581.32036) and the authors, ibid. 26, No. 3, 473-484 (1990; Zbl 0718.32018)] they find the equality \(\dim H^ p(G,\Omega^ r)={n\choose r}{q\choose p}\) and equivalent conditions for it.
