In [\textit{C. F. Manara} and the second author, Rend. Sci. Mat. Appl. A 125, No. 2, 203-217 (1991; Zbl 0798.51017)] an axiomatic approach to point-reflection geometries has been given (generalizing the case of Euclidean planes where each point is the centre of a unique reflection). The present paper contains a construction for such geometric structures via certain classes of commutative kinematic spaces.
