Let \(\gamma_0\subset \mathbb{R}^n_x\) be a bounded or unbounded domain, and let \(\omega= \gamma_0\times(0,+ \infty)\subset \mathbb{R}^{n+1}_{x, t}\) be a cylinder. The author considers in \(\omega\) the second-order parabolic operator \[ Lu\equiv \sum^n_{i,j= 1} a_{ij}(x, D)\partial_i\partial_ju+ \sum^n_{i= 1} a_i(x, t)\partial_iu+ c(x, t)u- \partial_tu. \] It is assumed that \(L\) has real coefficients, \[ 0< \sum^n_{i,j= 1} a_{ij}(x, t)\xi_i\xi_j< \infty\quad(\forall\xi= (\xi_1,\dots, \xi_n)\neq 0,\;(x,t)\in\omega), \] and \(\lim_{|x|\to\infty} c(x, t)=-\infty\). In the author's article [Sib. Mat. Zh., 35, No. 1, 105-117 (1994; Zbl 0832.35059); English transl.: Sib. Mat. J. 35, No. 1, 96-107 (1994)] unilateral estimates in the first boundary value problem were established in dissipative uniqueness classes of solutions to the Cauchy problem. In the present paper, the author establishes unilateral estimates for classical solutions to the second and third boundary value problems (with oblique derivative) in the dissipative uniqueness classes of solutions to the Cauchy problem.
