For the study of a multiple-attractor coexisting system with parameter uncertainties the authors use the generalized cell mapping method and present advantages of this approach, namely: the generalized cell mapping can effectively give the global picture without too much theoretical analysis. The authors introduce the concept of protect thickness and analyze the dependence of the attractor on the value of the protect thickness and on the degree of the uncertainty of parameter increase.
