Let \(k\) be an algebraically closed field, and \(\Lambda\) be a basic and connected representation-finite biserial finite-dimensional \(k\)-algebra. The objective of this paper is to describe a method for constructing a multiplicative basis and the bound quiver of the Ext-algebra of \(\Lambda\). Recall that the Ext-algebra of \(\Lambda\) is the \(k\)-vector space \(E(\Lambda)=\coprod_{m\geq 0}\text{Ext}_\Lambda^m(\Lambda/{\underline{\mathbf r}},\Lambda/{\underline{\mathbf r}})\) where \(\underline{\mathbf r}\) denotes the Jacobson radical of \(\Lambda\), with the multiplication given by the Yoneda product of exact sequences. For this purpose, the author uses the Auslander-Reiten quiver of \(\Lambda\), and covering techniques to compute a \(k\)-basis for \(\text{Ext}_\Lambda^m(M,S)\), for each \(m>0\), each indecomposable (right, finitely-generated) \(\Lambda\)-module \(M\), and each simple \(\Lambda\)-module \(S\). This gives a basis for \(\text{Ext}_\Lambda^m(S,S')\) for each \(m>0\), and each pair of simple \(\Lambda\)-modules \((S,S')\), hence a basis for \(E(\Lambda)\), and this basis turns out to be a multiplicative basis. The same basis allows to construct the bound quiver of \(E(\Lambda)\).
