In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in the persistence of invariant tori for Hamiltonian systems with a distinct number of action-angle variables, systems usually called nonstandard Hamiltonian systems. The present paper is concerned with the persistence of hyperbolic invariant tori for nonstandard systems. Three examples are given.
