The author considers dynamical systems with two degrees of freedom the behaviour of which is characterized by two following Hamiltonian functions: (a) Drach systems \(H= p_x p_y+ V(x,y)\); (b) of oscillator type \(H={1\over 2}(p^2_x+ p^2_y)+ V(x,y)\). Using two conservation laws, one including \(H\) and another quadratic law which is independent of \(H\), the author finds and classifies the known ten Drach's conservation laws which are cubic with respect to momenta \(p_x\) and \(p_y\). Another set of cubic conservation laws of oscillator type is also given. The paper ends with an interesting detailed analysis of the listed cubic conservation laws.
