This paper is a natural successor of a paper of the second author [ibid. 124, 1-24 (2001; Zbl 1002.03047)]. The authors study generalized FECounts, being triangular norm-based cardinals of fuzzy sets. The main subject of the paper is the so-called singular fuzzy sets, which are zero functions if nonstrict triangular norms are involved.
