Let \(S\) be a finite set of points in a plane. Let \({\mathcal T}(S)\) be the set of intersection points each between a pair of different lines each passing through at least two points in \(S\). The authors characterize when \({\mathcal T}^i(S)\) produces a dense set as \(i\) goes to infinity.
