A cap in a projective space is a set of points, no three of which are collinear. A cap is called complete if it is not contained in a larger cap. In the paper under review, the authors construct a complete \(\frac{q^2+q+4}{2}\)-cap in \(\text{PG}(3,q)\), \(q \equiv 3 \pmod 4\) and \(q \not= 3\). A characterization of this cap is given in terms of the linear collineation group preserving it and the intersection of the cap with an elliptic quadric.
