Let \(L(u)=u'' \) be the operator with domain \(D(L)=\{u\in W^{2,1}(0,1):B_i(u)=0, i=1,2\}\) and nonregular integral boundary conditions \[ B_i(u)=\int_0^1R_i(t)u(t)\,dt+\int_0^1S_i(t)u'(t)\,dt=0, \] where \(R_i\), \(S_i\in C([0,1],\mathbb C)\). In this paper, an \(L^1\) estimate for the resolvent is obtained by means of the Green function, and solvability of a mixed problem for a parabolic equation with nonregular integral boundary conditions is derived.
