In search for examples of rigid but non tight spherical designs, the author considers the Weil group of the Lie algebra of type E8 and also the Weil group of the 600-cell H4. In particular it is proved that the orbits of W(E8) are non-rigid spherical 7-design except for E8 root system, and orbits of W(H4) are non-rigid spherical 11-designs except the 600-cell.
