The aim of the paper is to classify the basic Hopf algebras \(H\) over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0 such that the associated radically graded algebra \(\text{gr\,}H\) is tame. The paper is a continuation of previous work of the second author [J. Algebra 299, No. 2, 841-853 (2006; Zbl 1110.16045)].
