The authors consider an unbounded lattice spin system. The main goal of the paper is to study the truncated correlation functions. The clustering estimates for the truncated correlations, i.e., cumulants of the unbounded spin system are proved. The authors provided a unified treatment, based on cluster expansion techniques, of four different regimes: large mass, small interaction between sites, large self-interaction, as well as the more delicate small self-interaction or near massive Gaussian regime.
