The authors discuss a class of solutions for TU-games that assign to each player some initial payoff and distribute the remainder of the worth of the grand coalition equally among all players. Examples of such solutions studied in this paper are: CIS-value, ENSC-value, equal division solution and their convex combinations. The authors provide several characterizations of this class of solutions on variable and fixed player sets.
