Using a pseudo-Riemannian metric and non-linear connections on a non-integrable distribution on a manifold, some bi-Hamiltonian structures and mKdV hierarchies of solitonic equations are studied. Using a non-holonomical splitting, couples of generalized sine-Gordon equations are obtained. Following the geometric construction in the case of the Levi-Civita connection, one get a ``nonholonomic mixing'' of solitonic interaction. A generous discussion for further research and developments, as well as a technical Appendix are finally given.
