Schwarz-Pick estimates for positive real part holomorphic functions on unit ball and polydisc (Q977255): Difference between revisions

There are many research papers on holomorphic functions with positive real part. In 1916, Edmund offered a Carathéodory's inequality for positive real part holomorphic functions on the unit disc (see Lemma 1.1). \textit{S. Y. Dai} and \textit{Y. F. Pan} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 136, No.~2, 635--640 (2008; Zbl 1133.30005)] gave an estimate of higher order derivatives for holomorphic functions with positive real part on the unit disk \(D\) (see Theorem A). Inspired and motivated by the paper of Dai and Pan [loc. cit.], the authors obtain a Carathéodory inequality for positive real part holomorphic functions on the unit ball and polydisc. They also present estimates for higher order derivatives of all positive real part holomorphic functions on the unit ball and polydisc in \(\mathbb C^n\).
