In this well written paper, the author extends the concept of the minus partial order from matrix to operator algebras and describes bijective maps (not supposed to be linear) on \(B(H)\), the algebra of all bounded linear operators on an infinite-dimensional Hilbert space \(H\), that preserve the minus partial order in both directions. The exposition is clear and the paper makes for an enjoyable reading.
