The authors study \(L^{p}\) solutions of singular integro-differential equations. In this work authors answers questions raised by \textit{V. Volterra} [Journ. de Math. (9) 7, 249--298 (1928; JFM 54.0934.06)], by \textit{J. J. Levin} [Proc. Am. Math Soc. 14, 534--541 (1963; Zbl 0115.32403)] and by \textit{R. Grimmer} and \textit{G. Seifert} [J. Differ. Equations 19, 142--166 (1975; Zbl 0321.45017)]. Earlier results gives bounded solutions from bounded perturbations, where as authors results consists of integrable solutions from integrable perturbations. In their work authors construct a Lyapunov functional which yields qualitative properties of solutions.
