In his paper, \textit{S. K. Donaldson} [Gökova Geom. Topol. 3, 1--8 (2009; Zbl 1267.53007)] obtains four-dimensional local models for scalar-Kahler metric with a 2-torus symmetry, by using the Joyce method [\textit{D. D. Joyce}, Duke Math. J. 77, No. 3, 519--552 (1995; Zbl 0855.57028)]. By generalizing Donaldson's method, the authors construct complete scalar-flat toric Kähler metrics on any symplectic toric 4-manifold with ``strictly unbounded'' moment polygon. This construction is in symplectic action-angle coordinates and determines all such metrics via their symplectic potentials. In a particular case, when the first Chern class is zero a new description of Ricci-Flat Kähler metric is obtained.
