This paper examines delay-dependent stochastic stability for Markovian jumping neural networks with mode-dependent time-varying delays and partially known transition rates of the form \[ \begin{multlined} \dot{z}(t)=-A(r(t))z(t)+B(r(t))f(z(t))+C(r(t))f(z(t-h(r(t), t)))\\ +D(r(t))\int^t_{t-d(r(t), t)}f(z(s))ds. \end{multlined} \] By means of a Lyapunov functional and LMI techniques, this paper establishes some stochastic stability criteria. A numerical example is presented to illustrated these results.
