This paper proves the existence of isomorphisms of quantizations for non-commutative algebras. Let us recall that isomorphisms of quantizations are useful for representation theory. In this work, the author first recalls all needed notions and results. The main construction of the non-commutative period Fedosov's map (that is the map which classifies quantizations of symplectic varieties) is explained and the compatibility of this map with certain group actions is proved. After some recalls about Hamiltonian reduction, the author shows an analogue of the Duistermaat-Heckman theorem, from an algebro-geometric point of view. He proves the isomorphism between quantizations of Kleinian singularities obtained by three constructions. He also proves that parabolic W-algebras are isomorphic to quantum Hamiltonian reductions of quiver varieties. Finally, the symplectic reflection algebras are defined and studied. The main theorem, relating family of quantizations with quantum Hamiltonian reduction, is then established.
