Let \(f\) be a distribution of a trigonometric polynomial on the \(n-\)dimensional torus \(\mathbb{T}^n\), \(n\geq 2\), of the form: \(f(x)=\sum_{z\in\mathcal{E}}a_ze^{2\pi ix\cdot z}\), where \(\mathcal{E}\) stands for the set of \(\mathbb{Z}^n\)-points on some dilate D.S of a fixed compact, smooth hypersurface \(S\) in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with positive definite second fundamental form. The author proves that for \(p\leq 2n/(n-1)\) and any fixed \(\varepsilon>0\), the bound \[ \|f\|_{L^p(\mathbb{T}^n)} \leq C_\varepsilon D^\varepsilon\|f\|_{L^2(\mathbb{T}^n)} \] holds. As an application, the author shows that, if \(\Delta\) stands for the Laplacian on \(\mathbb{T}^n\) and \(-\Delta\phi_E=E\phi_E\), then, for \(p\leq 2n/(n-1)\), \(n\geq2\) and any fixed \(\varepsilon>0\), the bound \[ \|\phi\|_{L^p(\mathbb{T}^n)} \ll_\varepsilon E^\varepsilon\|\phi\|_{L^2(\mathbb{T}^n)} \] holds. As another application, the author also proves that, for \(n\geq1\), \(p=2(n+1)/n\) and \(\phi\) satisfying \(\text{supp}\,\hat{\phi}\subset \mathbb{Z}^n\cap B(0,R)\), the Strichartz-type inequality \[ \|e^{\Delta}\phi\|_{L^p(\mathbb{T}^n\times\mathbb{T})} \ll R^\varepsilon\|f\|_{L^2(\mathbb{T}^n)} \] holds whenever \(\varepsilon>0\).
