The work deals with the Schrödinger equation with the potential \(V(x)\), which displays a conical singularity and satisfies Kato's condition. The authors consider the Wigner measures \(\mu_t\) determined by the time evolution of the Wigner transforms applied to uniformly bounded solutions. It is proven that \(\mu_t(S^*)=0\) almost everywhere, where \(S^*\) is a specially constructed set, and \(\mu_t\) satisfies the transport equation on \(R\times (S\backslash S^*)^c\).
