The paper deals with positive solutions of elliptic partial differential equations in skew product form \[ (L_1+W_1L_2)u=0 \] in \(D_1\times D_2 \subset M_1\times M_2,\) where \(L_1\) and \(W_1\) are respectively an elliptic operator and a positive measurable function on a non-compact domain \(D_1\) of a Riemannian manifold \(M_1\), and \(L_2\) is an elliptic operator on a domain \(D_2\) of a Riemannian manifold \(M_2\). The authors determine explicitly Martin compactifications and Martin kernels for such equations by exploiting parabolic Martin kernels for associated parabolic equations.
