The theory of invariants of integrable Hamiltonian systems relies on topological ideas and aims to study different qualitative properties of such systems and to provide criteria when two particular systems are equivalent or not. The foreseen equivalence could be of different type, e.g., one can refer to Liouville, but also to topological and smooth orbital equivalences. These notions are reviewed and exemplified carefully with the idea to make clear the principle steps in the proof of the result announced in the title of the paper. From the technical point of view it is based on the properties of the elliptic integrals ensuring the integrability of these systems.
