The author studies the regularity of solutions of parabolic equations on manifolds. As a consequence, the author obtains analyticity in time and space of the solutions of the Ricci-Deturck flow, the surface diffusion flow and the mean curvature flow and the temporal analyticity of the solutions of the Ricci flow.
