The measure-valued solutions are Young measures which verify the corresponding equations in an average sense; they can be used to characterize phenomena related with oscillations and concentrations. In the previous paper [\textit{L. Székelyhidi jun.} and \textit{E. Wiedemann}, Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 206, No. 1, 333--366 (2012; Zbl 1256.35072)] was proved that any measure-valued solution can be generated by a sequence of exact weak solutions. In the present paper, a necessary condition for a measure-valued solution of the Compressible Euler Equations (CEE), in order to be approximated by a sequence of weak solutions, is obtained, in terms of a Jensen-type inequality. An explicit measure-valued solution to CEE is given, not verifying the above condition, which can not be generated by a sequence of (approximate) weak solutions. The proof is related with the rigidity result of [\textit{J. M. Ball} and \textit{R. D. James}, Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 100, No. 1, 13--52 (1987; Zbl 0629.49020)] and with some compensated compactness results. A linear system associated with the CEE is introduced, in order to use some results concerning the linear partial differential constraints studied in [\textit{L. Tartar}, Res. Notes Math. 39, 136--212 (1979; Zbl 0437.35004)].
