This paper investigates the reaction-diffusion-advection equation in the form \( u_t- u_{xx} +\beta u_x=f(u), t>0,0<x<h(t) \) with mixed boundary condition at \(x=0\) and Stefan free boundary condition at \(x = h(t)\). For \(|\beta|<2 \sqrt{f'(0)}\), the authors provide a complete description of the spreading-vanishing dichotomy, sharp threshold for spreading and vanishing, sharp asymptotic spreading speed and the uniform convergence of the solution when spreading happens. Further, the long time behavior of solutions is also described in case where \(|\beta|\geq 2 \sqrt{f'(0)}\).
