Summary: Let \(\sum_{i = 1}^n1/ p_i=1$ ($ p_i > 1$), in this paper, by using the method of weight functions and technique of real analysis; it is proved that the equivalent parameter condition for the validity of multiple integral Hilbert-type inequality \(\int_{R_+^n}K( x_1, \cdots, x_n) \prod_{i = 1}^n f_i( x_i)d x_1\cdots d x_n\leq M \prod_{i = 1}^n \| f_i\|_{p_i, \alpha_i}\) with homogeneous kernel \(K( x_1, \dots, x_n)\) of order \(\lambda\) is \(\sum_{i = 1}^n \alpha_i/ p_i=\lambda+n-1\), and the calculation formula of its optimal constant factor is obtained. The basic theory and method of constructing a Hilbert-type multiple integral inequality with the homogeneous kernel and optimal constant factor are solved.
