In a previous paper [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 479, No. 2, 1863--1881 (2019; Zbl 1444.33012)], the author of this paper gave an addition type formula for the elliptic digamma function. The integrals appearing in this formula can be regarded as one-parameter deformations of Bachmann-Kuhn's \(q\)-double zeta values, and thus two-parameter deformations of double zeta values. In the paper under review, the author considers the higher depth analogues of the integrals. He defines a family of integrals \(I_{\boldsymbol{k},\boldsymbol{l}}(\boldsymbol{a},\boldsymbol{b};p,q)\) by recurrence relations, which gives Bachmann-Kuhn's \(q\)-multiple zeta values as \(p\rightarrow 0\). The main result of this paper is the harmonic and shuffle product formulas of these two-parameter deformations of the multiple zeta values. The author expresses the harmonic and shuffle product formulas by using the integral \(I(\boldsymbol{\alpha},\boldsymbol{\beta},\boldsymbol{a},\boldsymbol{b};p,q)\), which can be regarded as the generating function of the integrals \(I_{\boldsymbol{k},\boldsymbol{l}}(\boldsymbol{a},\boldsymbol{b};p,q)\). To prove the main results, the author uses Fay's identity of Kronecker's double series.
