The paper under review contributes to the topic of (mild) parametrizations of tame sets (established by the work of Yomdin and Gromov and elaborated by Pila, Wilkie and also by Binyamini, Cluckers, Jones, D. Miller, Novikov, Thomas and others). In the present paper, the author works in the setting of power-subanalytic sets and functions (i.e. being definable in the structure \(\mathbb{R}_{\mathrm{an}}^{\mathbb{R}}\) of the real field with restricted analytic functions and arbitrary real exponents). Here are the main results. Let \(X=\{X_t\subset (0,1)^n\mid t\in T\}\) be a power subanalytic family of sets \(X_t\) of dimension at most \(m\). 1. \(X_t\) admits a \(C^r\)-parametrization consisting of \(cr^m\) maps for some positive constant \(c\) (depending on \(X\)), uniformely in \(t\). 2. Given \(C>1\), \(X_t\) admits a \(C\)-mild parametrization, which is also uniformely in \(t\). A diophantine application regarding counting rational points of bounded height on power subanalytic sets is given.
