This paper generalizes the results of [\textit{M. Vogel}, Commun. Math. Phys. 378, No. 2, 1539--1585 (2020; Zbl 1510.53100)], where a sequence of matrices was associated to a smooth function on the two-dimensional dimensional torus, according to a quantization procedure proposed in [\textit{F. A. Berezin}, Commun. Math. Phys. 40, 153--174 (1975; Zbl 1272.53082)], and the spectrum was then studied under a random perturbation. Here the author extends the analysis to Kähler manifolds equipped with a positive line bundle. The result is a probabilistic Weyl law, which allows one to compute the number of eigenvalues in a region of the complex plane, for the dimension of the matrices tending to infinity. Namely, under a small Gaussian-type random perturbation, the author proves almost-sure convergence to the expected Weyl limit. Several interesting examples are given and the address of a website of the author with animations of the spectrum is provided.
