Laplace, Einstein and related equations on \(D\)-general warping (Q2633529): Difference between revisions

The notion of $D$-warping metric on a product $M_1\times M_2$ introduced by D. E. Blair ($M_1$ is a Riemannian manifold and $M_2$ is an almost contact metric manifold) is extended to the case where $M_2$ is more general. This extension $M= M_1\times M_2$, $g$ named $D$-general warping is studied from a different points of view. For example, the harmonicity of $D$-general warping manifolds is considered, and the Einsteinian equations (with some generalizations) on $D$-general warping manifolds are obtained. Some properties of the scalar and sectional curvature of $D$-general warping manifolds are also established.
