The purpose of this paper is to give combinatorial descriptions of dormant generic Miura \(sl_2\)-opers. The combinatorial objects that used are certain branch numberings of \(3\)-regular i.e., trivalent graphs. The author describes Miura \(sl_2\)-opers and Miura transformations in terms of graph-theoretic objects, and constructs a bijective correspondence between dormant generic Miura \(sl_2\)-opers on a totally degenerate curve in positive characteristic and certain branch numberings on a \(3\)-regular graph. This correspondence allows him to completely identify dormant generic Miura \(sl_2\)-opers on totally degenerate curves. Also, he investigates how this result can be related to the combinatorial description of dormant \(sl_2\)-opers given by \textit{S. Mochizuki} [Foundations of \(p\)-adic Teichmüller theory. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society (1999; Zbl 0969.14013)] and \textit{F. Liu} and \textit{B. Osserman} [J. Algebr. Comb. 23, No. 2, 125--136 (2006; Zbl 1090.14009)]. The paper is organized as follows. Section 1 is an introduction to the subject and statement of results. Here, the author introduces also some notation and conventions used in this paper. Sections 2 is devoted to dormant generic Miura \(sl_2\)-Opers and deals with some background material. In Section 3, the author studies a combinatorial description of dormant Miura \(sl_2\)-opers (equivalently, pre-Tango structures) on a totally degenerate curve. In Section 4, the author considers the complete determination of strict \(p\)-branch numberings, which gives a classification of dormant generic Miura \(sl_2\)-opers on totally degenerate curves.
