The authors have tried to improve Adam's theorem. They have emphasized that the fractional integral operator maps Morrey spaces to Morrey spaces. Morrey spaces are used in investigating the boundedness property of the fractional integral and fractional maximal operators. The authors have refined the boundedness with the help of a complex interpolation function and the Calderon product. The main results are contained in Theorem 1.1 and Theorem 1.2 via regressive proofs.
