The authors consider the discretization of some periodic pseudodifferential operators by qualocation, using as test and trial functions periodic splines with multiple knots on equidistant meshes. They carry out the stability and convergence results for the case when the main part of the operator has constant coefficients, i.e., the symbol is independent of the space variable, as well as in the case when this symbol depends on the space variable.
