Let \(\Omega\) be a domain in \({\mathbb R}^n\) and let \(E\), \(E_0\) be two Banach spaces. The author investigates the Sobolev--Lions spaces with a norm \[ \| u\|_{L_{p,\gamma}(\Omega;E_0)}+\sum_{k=1}^n \| g_k^{l_k}D_k^{l_k} u\| _{ L_{p,\gamma}(\Omega;E)}, \] where \(l_1,\dots,l_n\) are integers, \(1\leq p<\infty\), \(\gamma, g_1,\dots,g_n\) are positive weights and \(L_{p,\gamma}(\Omega;E)\) is the weighted Lebesgue space of \(E-\)valued functions defined on \(\Omega\). Some general embedding theorems are proved and applied to the theory of differential-operator equations.
