The authors prove that a triharmonic hypersurface of constant mean curvature (THCMC) (embedded in the hyperbolic space) is minimal. If a THCMC is embedded in the sphere, then they state that it is either minimal or it has a constant scalar curvature. They provide a sufficient condition for a THCMC (embedded in the Euclidean space) to be minimal.
