Measurement in quantum mechanics is modeled by the system \(L(\mathcal H)\) of all orthogonal projections on a Hilbert space \(\mathcal H\). This structure is a complete orthomodular lattice with negation \(P \mapsto I-P\). It is a standard example of the theory of quantum structures. However, not all scholars are satisfied with its logical interpretations. The author of this paper suggests a new model, however connected with Bruns and Lasker's theory replacing \(L(\mathcal H)\) by the lattice of distributive ideals of \(L(\mathcal H)\). The main result of the author's approach is stating a kind of weakly Heyting algebra for describing the language of quantum mechanics. | |||
