A Liouville-type result for quasi-linear elliptic equations on complete Riemannian manifolds (Q1766544)

The paper extends the results of Liouville type due to \textit{D. Aronson} and \textit{H. F. Weinberger} [Lect. Notes Math. 446, 5--49 (1975; Zbl 0325.35050), Adv. Math. 30, 33--76 (1978; Zbl 0407.92014)], \textit{E. N. Dancer} and \textit{Y. Du} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 131, No. 6, 1891--1899 (2003; Zbl 1076.35038)] and regarding solutions to the equation \(\Delta_pu=b(x)f(u),\) to the case of singular elliptic operators on Riemannian manifolds, including in particular the \(\varphi\)-Laplacian.
