The material of part I ``continuum mechanics'' is divided into 4 sections: a-liquid crystals; b-elastic crystals; c-fluids, d-general theory. Part II ``mathematical analysis'' emphasizes the mathematical aspects of present subject and includes papers dealing with the study of oscillations, singular solutions, admissibility of shock waves, role of higher order perturbations.
