Memoryless \(H_\infty\) controller for singular systems with delayed state and control (Q5926832)

Memoryless \(H_\infty\) controllers for the singular system \[ \begin{aligned} E\dot x(t) &= Ax(t)+ Bu(t)+ A_d x(t- h_1)+ B_b u(t- h_2)+ Dw(t),\\ z(t) &= Cx(t).\end{aligned} \] with given initial conditions on \([-h_1,0]\), \([-h_2,0]\) for \(x\) and \(u\), respectively are considered. A Riccati-like solution is presented with a memoryless linear state feedback, which is a delay-independent stabiliser. The disturbance \(w\) is assumed to be square integrable.
