The authors prove that the automorphism group of a tetravalent Cayley graph on a regular \(p\)-group \(G\), \(p\neq 2,5\), is the semidirect product of a regular representation of \(G\) by the subgroup of \(\text{Aut}(G)\) that fixes the connection set setwise.
