The authors consider the following second-order ordinary differential inclusion consisting of a Sturm-Liouville type operator, coupled with mixed boundary conditions: \[ \begin{split} &-(p(x)u')'+q(x)u\in\lambda F(u)\text{ in }(a,b),\\ &u(a)=u'(b)=0,\end{split}\tag{1} \] where \(a<b\) are real numbers, \(p,q\in L^\infty (a,b),\) \(F:\mathbb{R}\to 2^{\mathbb{R}}\) is an upper semicontinuous set-valued mapping with compact convex values, and \(\lambda>0\) is a parameter. Existence of at least three weak solutions of (1) are proved, via nonsmooth critical point theory. An application to an ordinary differential equations with a discontinuous nonlinearity is also presented.
