Lagrangian constrained systems with degenerate Lagrangians are under consideration. An intrinsic definition for dynamical symmetry transformations (DST) on the tangent bundles \(TQ\) is proposed and its link with the Hamiltonian analogues is investigated. It is shown that the acceptance of the Dirac conjecture guarantees a one-to-one correspondence between DST on \(TQ\) and on \(T^*Q\), and by refusing it, an entire class of DST on \(TQ\) has no correspondence in \(T^*Q\). The authors create and use in the research a machinery, connected with the vector fields tangent to the final constraint submanifold.
