In the paper unconstrained and constrained non-smooth vector optimization problems are considered. The authors avoid the continuity differentiability assumptions, and relax the compactness assumption. They use the first- and the second-order approximation of mapping to establish both necessary and sufficient optimality conditions. At the beginning first and second order approximations are derived. Then optimality conditions for unconstrained optimization are proposed. Next, optimality conditions for ideal solutions, weakly efficient and efficient solutions are given. Optimality conditions for constrained optimization end the paper.
