Oscillation of second order damped elliptic differential equations (Q2473269)

The author gives some new oscillation criteria for semilinear elliptic differential equations with damping terms, by using a generalized Riccati technique. This study concerns the cases when for some \(i\) the \(i\)th partial derivative of the \(i\){th} component of the vector coefficient of the damping term exists, does not exist or at least one of its partial derivative is not continuous. Some examples are given.
