Modifications of standard logic axioms and associating various probability measures with non-Boolean algebras (of events) have received ample coverage in the literature since von Neumann's invention of quantum logic. They typically stem from an analysis of generic quantum mechanical experiments/measurements where Bohr's wave-particle complementarity is particularly spectacular (e.g., the double-slit experiment). The present paper addresses such problems in terms of so-called partial events (forming a De Morgan algebra with a single fixed point for the complement). Concepts of partial probability measure and conditional probability for partial events are introduced, with a corresponding set of axioms resembling those due to Kolmogorov.
