The note is a continuation of results obtained by the author himself and \textit{K. Matsumoto} [in: Analytic and probabilistic methods in number theory. Proceedings of the 4th international conference in honour of J. Kubilius, Palanga, Lithuania, September 25--29, 2006. 87--98 (2007; Zbl 1149.11042)]. The paper is devoted to investigation of joint approximation of analytic functions by the shifts of the Lerch zeta-functions. There is constructed the weaker condition for parameters \(\alpha_j\), which occur in the definition of Lerch zeta functions, i.e., that a system \(\{\log(m+\alpha_j): m \in \mathbb{N}\cup\{0\}, j=1,\dots,r\}\) is linearly independent over \(\mathbb{Q}\).
